Q: When are check-in and checkout?
A: Check-in at 3:00 p.m. and check-out at 11:00 a.m. We do allow early check-ins, but they are based on availability upon arrival.

Q: Do you charge for parking?
A: The parking fee is included in the resort fee.

Q: What is your pet policy?
A: Pets may stay; $150 non-refundable fee required.

Q: What is your smoking policy?
A: We are 100% non-smoking for all guest rooms as well as indoor public areas. However, there are designated smoking areas outside of the building.

Q: What is the size of your hotel?
A: Our resort has 4 floors which are composed of 148 total guest rooms, 10 of which are suites. We also have 14 meeting rooms, totaling 9,000 square feet of banquet space, which can accommodate 10 to 400 people.

Q: What are your guest rooms like?
A: The rooms vary in accordance with room type, but each offers the following amenities:

Q: Do you have a restaurant on site?
A: Yes, Stillwells Restaurant and Lounge is located near the lobby of the hotel. Patio dining is available during the summer months.

A: We offer all the following amenities for your use and enjoyment:
• Swimming pool (open May through December)
• Heated spa (open year-round)
• Fitness Center including a 5-station Universal, Incumbent Bicycle, Life Fitness 8500 Glidestep, sit-up bench, and sauna
