It’s a battle of the classic-rock cover bands when Fleetwood Mac tribute band, Mirage, takes on Heart tribute band, Dog ‘n’ Butterfly. With longtime Stevie Nicks impersonator, Michelle Tyler, at the helm, Mirage re-creates the look and sound of the ’70s icons with spot-on live versions of memorable hits like “Go Your Own Way,” “Don’t Stop,” “The Chain,” “Dreams,” “Rhiannon,” and more. Ann and Nancy Wilson themselves have given their stamp of approval to the Heart tribute group, Dog ‘n’ Butterfly, who perfectly capture the original band’s high-energy concert experience, complete with retro-inspired costumes and renditions of songs like “Barracuda,” “Crazy On You,” “Magic Man,” “These Dreams”, and more.
6:30 pm - 11:00 pm
MIRAGE - Visions of Fleetwood Mac celebrates the classic lineup of the legendary superstar band. Based in Los Angeles, the members of “Mirage” capture the look and sound of Fleetwood Mac live in concert. The band is a spinoff of the highly successful band, “Bella Donna – A Tribute to Stevie Nicks”, which was awarded the highest honor of being praised by the real Ms. Nicks after she heard a live performance by singer Michelle Tyler and the band. “Bella Donna” also appeared on AXS TV after being crowned one of The “World’s Greatest Tribute Bands”. “Mirage” focuses squarely on Fleetwood Mac and their Greatest Hits in the five-piece authentic concert recreation.
DOG 'N' BUTTERFLY - Created in late 2003, Dog ‘n’ Butterfly is a 5 piece band of accomplished musicians dedicated to bringing their talent and love of Heart’s memorable music of the 70’s and 80’s to the stage with unequaled accuracy and musical skill. Complete with a stage show and retro-inspired costumes, Dog ‘N’ Butterfly takes the concept of “Tribute” to a whole new level! Fronting the band is vocalist Lizann Warner whose portrayal of Ann Wilson is both eerie and unparalleled. Her un-canny Ann-like voice has not only earned her praise from the actual members of Heart, but also landed her several tracks on video games including the popular Activision game: Guitar Hero III, singing Heart’s hit “Barracuda”, as well as “Magic Man” on Konami’s Game: Rock Revolution.
